Its so annoying when you see an InDesign document that has been put together with tabs and spaces all over the place. Common everyone lets get the tabs right and then put them into paragraph styles as well. Its not that hard when you see how to use the tab ruler. We do Right indent tabs, leaders and indent to here as well. What an awesome episode. Hurray for clean design!!!
I had a boss that was so obsessed with clean design that he will oblige me to design a page like yours with just one box for the title, the index and the text all in it, not one for each type of text like you did, he would tell you that was wrong. In fact he would browse over my designs during lunch time to see how I was doing my text boxes! It was an awful experience working for him.
This is such a great lesson that I will favourite it. Happy Christmas, Mike!
