Evan Tanner was involved in the first MMA fight I ever saw and has since been my favourite fighter. When I heard the news of his death last year it upset me a lot.
Evan was an inspirational character and the world is a slightly less interesting place now he has gone.
R.I.P Evan - Believe in the power of one!

Got the chance to meet this amazing human being right after the UFC PPV that Rampage Ko'd Liddell. Which I was rooting for Liddell & he lost on my B-Day. I was sad as fuck but had a huge KOOL-AID smile when i happend to spot Evan & like a a groupie. People hadn't noticed him until I pointed it out all loud & then people started to notice him. Nicest guy ive ever met & one hella of a surprise B-Day present to meet this warrior.
