Day 1 of my first major sprouting extravaganza :) The water used is RO + Vortexed and is great to drink after the initial soaking stage for positive health benefits :) I am storing them in a dark cool place and am going with 12 hours for each. Then we rinse and drain and let sit for another 8 hours, then repeat to desired sprout growth :) There are a ton of how to guides on the internet but I am just going with what seems right with some help from other fellow internet users :) Thanks for viewing and happy sprouting :)

  • @2661960 Hello there :) No problem. Perhaps I will make a video on the vortexing sometime soon - I got info on the Maya 2012 Forums and using Google - My intuition led me to swirling a vortex within a jug without using a machine for it which I am thinking is the same for you :) Namaste from the Pacific Northwest :)

  • @boburke Thanks, was wondering about the vortex as I have been using pop bottles with a little adapter that I got years ago. So you have done something similar, so great to hear! I too started shaking (using a recycled wine bottle with a screw on cap) with intention & is probably as effective. I use this water as my drinking water. Long story but I think you probably know what I am doing. Would love to see your video on the vortex. Where did u get info on vortexing water?

  • @2661960 I will also make a video of the vortex at a not so distant time in the future :)

  • @2661960 Hello there, thank you for commenting :) Initially I used two plastic 2 liter bottles but have moved to just using a good shaking method in a 1 gallon glass jug. The vortex spins for a good 1 minute + and I can visually see the vortex working all throughout the water. I do not understand the physics of the process though I do feel what is of the most importance is your intention and just working with the water in this way should be seen as very positive in my opinion. :)

  • Can you tell me how you vortexed the water? Do you have a system or do it on your own?
