The following is a one minute feature film made for a college course. The object was to produce a film that features the use of color to vividly tell a story - with the addition of sound and music, of course. Throughout the duration of the film, there must be a element of continuity when using colors to convey an emotional setting, making the task even more difficult to accomplish.

The class was split into two teams - A and B. I was the editor for Team B, and this was the film we complied after eight weeks of planning, shooting, and editing. The main challenge was to effectively construct the film to have an feeling of warmth and coldness. By breaking the footage into separate sections and using various transitions and editing techniques, the post-production process steadily became more applicable and the film became more effective in its composition. It was a tough process, but the hard work was well worth the effort.

Summary:

A young student searches for his friend to find and obtain an important assignment - and he only has ten minutes before the deadline! He encounters random characters, each indicating the level of heat perpetuated as he progresses on his trail.
