it will get easier , in time .

even if you don't have someone to talk to ,

you can tell a doctor or nurse at your local clinic how you're feeling , if they can't help they can put you in touch with someone who can .

Yes , " born sleeping " is another way of saying that a baby has died in childbirth or just before .which is very sad , so people try to find less hurtful ways of saying it .( note to alleybow1 ,maybe you should think about insensitivity a bit more )

It was a sarcastic comment. cerebral can be interpreted as "smart." it was quite obvious that the baby passed away, it doesn't take a rocket scientist, and might be taken as insulting and insensitive by the person who is grieving.
