Hmm... I'm no tech-engineer, so I don't know how much the points you make are going to come into play. They certainly provide reason to look closer, if you're looking to invest.

Than again, if the warranty is good and you're gonna take good care of it, than maybe you won't worry about that.

it's not a competing product. all the people that are getting the iPhone are as stupid as people that buy iPods. I've gone through three iPods because they all sucked and were unreliable, poor battery life, battery going bad, and just not appealing to use. People that buy apple products are people that want to be artistic and aren't, so they buy an apple only because they look like kids' toys.
