Tony wud have completely solidified his power if he decided to create a large zip faction in his family instead of havin jus furio stay and hitmen come over on occassion. Since he established a partnership with Annalisa's Camorra clan he should have made a deal to have 50 to a 100 recruits from Annalisa's family in Naples come over just like furio for the long haul. New York and especially that arrogant scumbag Leotardo wud think twice about pushing jersey around if Tony had that ace in the hole
