Yes, the location footage takes place in the Laronde horror house, the best thing about that kiddie ride being the beautiful cars actually. Later Laronde let me borrow one of those cars for a few months off-season to use as an installation piece for an exhibit of my some of my fairground-themed artwork.

I hope the ride still exists if only for the survival of those great monster cars! I was so obesessd with them I built miniature animation models of them to animate in this video. If Laronde ever closes the ride & chucks the original cars in the garbage, I want one for my living room!
