I hate bank ads. Always the same plot: A quirky and neurotic idiot who loves his bank/customers, but it does not matter that he has completely lost the plot, because the bank/customer relationship is built upon "understanding".
So much for that "understanding" during a financial crisis/foreclosure, eh?
The ads are always supposed to be "funny" and "simple", when a mortgage and your savings are some of the most serious aspects to dictate your life. The ads are unprofessional and desperate.
