The reason the bread goes moldy quickly is actually a very good thing! It doesn't have preservatives. Which are terrible. I freeze almost everything like that - my gluten free or corn tortillas, gluten free bread, gluten free english muffins, etc because they are all preservative free. Everything thaws perfectly by a lil 30sec-1min microwave defrost plus a lil toasting in the toaster. It takes more effort than just buying those normal products but you are doing yourself some good!

@aimesbegonia Yeah. I like the no preservatives, which is why I buy them, but it drives me insane (on myself) when I forget to put the new bread in the freezer. I always forget because I never expect it to mold quickly.

Because I'm on my own, I usually just keep all my bread in the freezer - bagels I make sure they are fully cut in half before doing that:) When I want a couple of pieces, it's easy to defrost in the toaster. If I know I want sandwiches I just take it out the night before. The better the bread (less preservatives, gluten free etc) often molds faster I find). Re the unsubbing - apparently YT has been unsubbing people, and will only allow 500 subscriptions! Starting in March. Their effort to keep
