Dale Carnegie and his seminars have helped millions of people. Learn how to become a friendlier person now!

  • Absolutely! As someone works with Carnegie's principles and starts integrating them into their lives (starting from personality ethics)-- and then they really adapt their behavior to them so that it is natural to them (then develop character ethics). What I like about Carnegie's material is that it is a powerful way to bridge the gap from where one is to where they want to be. Thanks for the great question!

  • Very good! All of the leadership positions I was in in the past I failed in so many ways. But I've realized that a leader is not one who dominates or controls so much, but leads by serving others. When my coworkers don't have a positive attitude, it can bring down the quality of my own work experience. So serving others and placing high importance on their happiness can really be a matter of self interest too. Thank God for people like you who teach me these things.

  • You have a comforting voice. Good advice too, i notice it to be true. I didn't know i was doing it unconsciously to others (praising and leading). ya got me interested in the rest of yer vids.

    Be blessed!

  • Excellent effort Susan.Does Dale Carnegie synergise personality ethics and character ethics?
