What is Outsourcing (And Should I Do It?)

http://www.matthewbredel.com - I hear it all of the time: Outsource! Outsource! Outsource! All of the big internet marketers seem to do it and I remember when I first joined StomperNet, all Brad Fallon and Andy Jenkins would say was outsource everything! I totally agree, too. But creating tasks and paying for other people to do your work can be rather risky when you don't have the money or if you really don't understand the task yourself. There are disadvantages to outsourcing. It can make you poor and it can accomplish nothing. Are you ready for outsourcing?

Believe it or not, but I really do feel that outsourcing may be the toughest component of running an effective business. You really need it to grow, but finding the right people, at the right price (at the right time) is the key for it to work!

2 years later, this is still great advice! And as Matt points out at minute 2:13, one of the biggest disadvantages of outsourcing is the cost. Although, now, there are other excellent alternatives for the small business owner to finally take advantage of the outsourcing craze. 2 years later, your video is still very good advise for anyone seriously considering outsourcing. And the good news is, now there is a way to overcome one of the biggest disadvantages of outsourcing; money, as Matt points out (min. 2:13).
