Photoshop CS3 Planet Tutorial

This is the same technique i used in my other vid, with just music, was bored and decided to make it a Tutorial. So here it is....

Going to sound stupid, but how did you deselect at 3:03.

@Janodoo I Shift Clicked on the two layers, then I hit Ctrl+E to merge the two layers

Hey, my Distort bottum dosnt work :o why? it's not highlighted black ;(

@ExtendedSpace Ok, if you havent figured it out by now, go under Image > Mode, And see if its checked next to the 8 Bits/Channel. If its not, select the 8 Bits/Channel. Then try to distort. That should solve your problem. And if that dont work, im not sure whats happening.
