  • Does it matter what type of barley is used? Should it be pearl, germinated, etc....?

    I have non-gmo pearl barley here.

    Barley is definitely a wonderful alternative to a lot of the other phlegm causing milks like soy, oat and nuts.

    and you can as wel use agar as well

  • Well I let my barley soak over night and made tbarley milk today and went out and bought agar gum so I thought. kept blending never became a gel, look at my package . Lo & behold I got agur powder well I flavored it up and we drank it anyway. Just a piece of trivia for readers and you.

    seed milks and grain milks are sweet for the most part but for some that kind of sweet willl be bland so they will add thngs to it from yogurt to a protein powder or drink it plain or add cocnut milk with it---again
