The population of blacks is around 12%, the crime rate doesn't match that. When 12% of the population is committing even 25 0r 30% of crime, there is a problem in that community. Blacks are not more susceptible to crime, it has nothing to do with DNA or pigmentation, it has everything to do with the leadership and the mantra "You can't make it in a white mans world" that gives many the impression that a life a crime is their only hope.

The news does not reflect the U.S. justice dept records of who kill more ppl in america, and it is white ppl not black ppl. But the news reports blacks why?
