also i think we would have less problems with dirty drugs (bcoz gouvernmental control) by legalizing pot. Imagine soccer games havin no more hooligans, but more chilled people (Alcohol can make people aggressive, from my experience more than cannabis). Both can lead into addiction, both are serious drugs. There are so many intolerant people, thinking that alcohol is better. I guess there should be more tolerance. Ive never heard of a person on marihuana beating up another person.

what the fuck is the difference between Alcohol and marihuana?I´m from Germany,not totally involved in American Politics.What i ve seen in my life,were people destroying their families and themselfes by drinking alcohol.In Germany we have many alcoholics living on the street,no job,no money,but money for getting a new drink,asking the people around for money to get some food.Ive never seen people just smoking having these problems. legalizing would bring taxes, jobs and an alternative to alcohol

@rysskryssning ... being right all the time isn't what makes people like you, or the reason your friends hang out with you, they just want your company. This general easing of my demeanor has helped me in my personal life SO much and I am SO much better for it. For me, careful, responsible drug use (use is not abuse!), specifically marijuana, lsd, mushrooms, and mdma, has brought about such tremendous personal growth and insights that I consider it one of the most important things in my life.

I guess in that case I would just say this: prior to using marijuana (or any other drugs at all besides a little bit of alcohol) i was so thoroughly caught up in my own egotism trying to prove to everyone around me that I was constantly right about everything and this caused me, and those friends who put up with me, a whole lot of stress and anger. When I started smoking I was able to slow down and realize that being right all the time...

The thing about drinking is that it doesn't harm the ones around you unless you choose to fuck up, smoking does it regardless. Smoking/drinking are both terribly bad. I've never EVER said that drinking is good, so stop making crap up, jesus.

@rysskryssning I smoke and there's a very high likelihood that I'm much smarter than you and everyone that you know. I smoke everyday and have an IQ of 143 tested professionally, also I'm a dean's list cum laude graduate in philosophy and have grad school recommendations from a former president of the American Philosophical association. you should educate yourself about what marijuana users are actually like. some of them suck, but the majority are normal people with plenty of intelligence.
