Basil Seed Drink plus dry ice: a spontaneous fluid mechanical food device made at Dorkbot techno-artist meeting. Basil Seed Drink can be found at an Asian grocery, or buy it online. In Seattle, dry ice comes from QFC food marts and from certain welding supply shops. Or look in phonebook yellow pages.

The odd part is that everyone is terrified of dry ice. The extreme hazard of dry ice is bursting sealed containers, not in touching it. It's exactly like tater-tots hot from the microwave. Just keep pieces moving so no part of your skin touches for an entire second.
It hurts much faster for large heavy slabs (so then use gloves, or just a paper towel, plastic bag, edge of your shirt.)
The only real hazards from bursting sealed containers are that the sound can hurt your ears and if its a glass bottle there is shrapnel. My friends and I used to play around with dry ice a lot and iv had a few pop bottles go off in my hand all it does is sting a little, oh and hurt your ears. So just don't use glass bottles and you will be fine.
