philippines is NOT part of asia. ppl just simplify them as asians. why is austrlia a new continent? they were not whites that lived there but natives. have yoiu even seen how filipinoes look from ppl near beaches? they all look like come from the small islands of micronesia, hawaii, fiji, papua etc.... they even have almost thesame sound when they speak though not thesame language. filipinoes and indonesian are the only ones that doesnt even sound like chines when they talk.

@budubum Isn't Australia a continent? Therefore making them, Australians. And why bring racism into this? Filipinos are pacific islanders, we are an independent country but not a continent. So we pretty much share Asia, making us asians.
