WORST for me would definitely have to be tinted moisturizer it cakes its heavy and splotchy also all the concealers i have cake but i dont no what other brand to buy a decent concealer i dont want to spend like 45 dollars on a really good concealer and tinted moisturizer from sephora, any suggestions?

@NovemberRhinestone I'm not sure on something that would fit exactly into your budget but the laura mercier tinted moisturiser is my all time fave but it's about $40... I also love the Sonia Kashuk concealer palette which you can get for only $10 at target though so those too together aren't far off your $45 budget - if you can save an extra $5 and get those, I think they'd be good for what you're looking for :)
