its common sense really i did it that way too but i never ran just strength train like planks but if u have belly fat then cardio is the way,but try burpees

i wish i can stop eating junk food..its soo hard to do that....i started the gold's gym workout on the wii a few days ago and its soo much fun, i sweat like crazy..but i love it..i am at 168 now..i was 174 before..i plan to get out of the 160s though, cuz i hate being this fat...im only 26

@MuffinTopChick good advice, Im basically doing the same thing and loosing fast. Ive lost 15kgs already and im gonna try loose another 25.

I hate and can't run for that long pried of time. no more then 6 min that i usley do every week or so in school. ( or else ill hurt myself) I have gym every day and figure skating classes for about 3 hours. any more tips on what other sports i can do?

@twilightrooks Vacuuming, dancing in your room, mowing the lawn, cleaning your room, shopping, walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevator, walking to school...etc :)
