2009 New Year Crusade organised by the Evangelism Committee of the Celestial Church of Christ, United Kingdom/Northern Ireland Diocese which Superior Evangelist/Prophet Amos Fatusi is its Chairman.
once again, the new testament church & the BIBLE does not teach..lent..ash wednesday..the stations of the cross..the may procession..pray to mary or the saints..confess to a priest...pray the rosary..take the bread only when partaking of communion..people becoming saints after they die..show me scriptures in the BIBLE where JESUS or the apostles taught the new testament church those things..i want BIBLE...not what Ignatius said...i want the doctrine of CHRIST...not roman catholic church doctrine
33ad...that was not the roman catholic church..your reasoning is full of lunacy & false doctrine...why do you keep referring to ignatius...he was not a holy apostle..you need to follow the doctrine of CHRIST...not the roman catholic church
the church was not built on peter...it was built on JESUS being the SON of GOD..paul may have written 12-14 books in the new testament...peter only maybe 2 short books..they were both inspired by the HOLY SPIRIT.and neither had anything to do with the roman catholic church
So, even taken out of context, this verse is not supporting the concept of original sin.Placed into its proper context, we can see what David is really attempting to communicate. It is clear that this is the point in David's life where the depth & gravity of his sin with Bathsheba (2 Samuel chapters 11 & 12) has been fully recognized, & David is in considerable guilt, sorrow, & repentance. He is expressing this guilt & sorrow with some of the most pathetic words in the bible (Psalms 51:3-5).
This seems to be the meaning of the verse at face value. There is no inference from the verse itself that David is guilty of sin because of the sin of Adam or the (possible) sins of his mother and father.
Perhaps a favorite verse is Psalms 51:5: "Behold, I was shapen in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me." Let us first reason from the meaning of the verse itself: does it say that David, the writer, inherited the sin of Adam? No. The verse itself (out of context) might indicate that David's parents were in sin at the time of his conception.
There are a few scriptures in the bible which the proponents of the original sin doctrine will attempt to twist to fit their ends. As usual, when only a few scriptures can be produced to justify a doctrine, and when these seem to be contradictory to the vast majority of sound, clear biblical teachings, something is wrong. The bible does not contradict itself in any way; thus, there must be an explanation which can reconcile the two seemingly contradictory passages.
where in the BIBLE does it say the parents by faith have to baptize their infant...the BIBLE teaches one must hear the word of GOD & have faith...an infant does not qualify for baptism...besides, baptism is a burial in water...not the sprinking of water on someone...

Regarding Papal Primacy:
Matt16:18 -"And I say to thee: THOU ART PETER; and UPON THIS ROCK I will BUILD MY CHURCH, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it."
In the NT Peter is mentioned 155 times, whereas the others were mentioned 130 times COMBINED!!!!
Peter Clearly has primacy over the others:
Matt. 14:28-29, Matt. 16:16, Mark 8:29; John 6:69,Matt. 16:17, Matt. 16:19, Matt. 18:21, Matt. 19:27, Mark 10:28, John 21:15-17, 1 Peter 5:1 etc
Far too much, I can send you a PM
