Such a funny, well acted scene.

These guys weren't being bombed by America. They were being bombed by Britain. [In both world wars, America was a little late getting involved.] Germany and Italy were defeated at 2nd El Alamein shortly before the Americans landed in Africa.
Brando bullied directors, but when this movie was made I doubt he was in a position to do much bullying.
I don't agree that this is a silly scene. This movie had numerous good scenes, but the motorcycle scene with Brando and Schell is my favorite.

This is Marlon at his best. He is almost unrecognizable he is so deep in character. The man is a genius.

Marlon wanted extensive revisions to humanize his character. In this scene, he wanted to talk about the Scottsboro boys, the Klan, the American Indian, etc..

i only ripped a few scenes when i rented this movie a few months back. i don't think i have that one, but maybe soon i can put up anther scene from this movie. thanks for appreciating this classic scene.

Ha ha ha! When you put it in that context, this is hilarious! 25 MPH, LMAO. I *love* this movie, though. Just a really goofy ass scene is all! Good job!

brando was notorious for bullying directors by giving silly performances when scenes ask for it, this was probably one of them
