C'mon maaann!!! What about that scene in "Hank's Wedding" where he is directing the lighting operator and yells at him when the lights were too red.
"Get rid of the red gels! We're not marrying two french fries from McDonalds, Ya'know?! Make em pink!"

Artie is based off long-time Late Night Show producer Fred De Cordova. Even Fred himself recognized it, you can see him in a few episodes and also see his picture hanging on the set in a few as well.
