Dog howls at Colbert Report

Our dog Grissom howling everynight when the colbert report theme music comes on. The first few times he did it we didn't know why. After he did it a few more times we figured out it was the theme music.

Since all of the reruns have been going on we haven't watched the show in awhile. But I decided to tune in just for the theme song. Grissom perked up at the end of Daily show, looking at the screen. Then when colbert started he got up and sat down perfectly in front of the tv. Gave a realy good a prolonged howl. I'll record another one when the writers get off the strike maybe..

Dogs rock. But I think that this theme song has a frequency unheard by humans in it. There are many more vids like this. My dog does this too.

Well I'm sure it is just some frequency or just the eagle... but I haven't seen any videos of a dog howling to this theme song. I looked awhile back.. didn't see any like mine. And to others saying it hurts him I highly disagree. He certaintly knows it is about to start when Colbert is talking now.. and gets excited. But hell I don't know alot about dogs, just my opinion.

I too get all excited when the Daily Show ends and Colbert is about to come on. If I had a tail I'd be waggin it. Congrats for getting on the show.

My dog does that when the General Hospital theme comes on because it's when the kids get home from school. Too funny!! :)
