Canadian Pacific 8906, 8905 (Train 110) southbound at mile 101 of the Mactier subdivision departing Buckskin in Severn Falls pulling double stack intermodal and autorack cars (356 axles). Two brand new GE locomotives front and back on this train.
@trainguyONR They are required to keep it to ~10MPH until the rear clears the siding. With these 1920's sidings, harmonic roll is a serious issue. Speeds of 10 to 25MPH is the zone where harmonic roll is most likely to occur. I have personally witnessed some loaded autorack cars on that exact siding which came very close to rolling over.
Great angle and shot jay! I taped my first 2 new Cp engines on an intermodal yesterday so I have a video response for your approval
