UMKC Theatre Departments production of The Circus Show, Directed by Joe Price. The show has been crafted by the company of student actors, designers, mask/clown faculty Joe Krienke and Stephanie Thompson, and director Joe Price. UMKC Theatre graduate students have been working on this project for over one full year in the classroom and now the time is nearing for the culmination of that work. The show will combine elements of Commedia Dell'Arte, a popular tradition of physical theatre, clowning, improvisation, and perhaps more than a little theatrical magic.
