@KnightOwl If it can't feel, if it can't think, if it was never alive before, if it's not conscious, can't remember and not feel emotions, what is it? A lump of atoms. Fetuses couldn't care if they were aborted or not. Women deserve better than to be forced to have a child. Abortion is not murder. If you were so pro-life, you'd care more about born people who can feel and suffer. You would care for animals and all in real life. Fetuses are not equal to REAL beings. They don't even need rights.

@PALOMITA694 I sidewalk counsel. I ask girls who stop to speak with me how far along they are. Usually they're past 8 weeks. Several have been 15 weeks. Most around 13 weeks. I doubt women in other parts of the country get abortions much earlier. Ideally they get them early on, but many women wait to make up their minds, and that's unfortunate. I agree that women don't have abortions for fun, but they do have them later than you state, far more frequently than you think.

@Lizninniepiznoo How many women will have an abortion for fun? My guess at that answer is none.Specially if a woman is that far into her pregnancy. I will said that the common abortions are done right after the woman learns she is pregnant that will be when she misses her period. If the woman is regular she will probably have the abortion no later than 6 to 7 weeks of her pregnancy. At that stage the embryo is about the size of a small grape there is just no way it can feel pain at that stage.

It's sad that this girl really believes these images aren't real. If she thought they were real, she'd be faced with a moral issue. As disgusting as the pictures are, they represent what is done on a regular basis across the world. If it's legal and you're ok with it, it really makes you think... I'm sure she'd hate to feel she has been wrong about her beliefs in abortion. It's really too bad that women don't take the time to educate themselves about these procedures; especially before aborting.
