First of all Bin Laden had nothing to do with 911. Secondly he was trained by the CIA back in the 1980's. Thirdly even if he was responsible for the attacks of 911 which killed between 3500 to 3800 people it still wouldn't even compare to the amount of dead men women and children that the US Military under the Bush Administration has racked up. Not to mention that it would only cost a few mil to replant the towers. It has already cost American taxpayers three trillion as of January of 2008.
