between this one and the hudson bay, old hickory Ontario knife, which one would be the best ? wich one would you recommend ?

I would kind of like to sharpen one, so I'm gonna start looking into pricing and all. I have a khukri that was a gift (Cold Steel) and have found it versatile as well. I also have a camp knife (I believe it is Cold Steel) that was a gift from the same cousin. It is very versatile as well. High carbon is nice.

@woodsinme Yes, it holds a good edge. For fine skinning work you can hold the blade near the tip because there's enough real estate on the blade to get a good grip on the spine side.
Im actually pretty good at sharpening knives, everyone always asks me to sharpen their knives. although I agree condor knives are a great value and they come sharp, I do have trouble putting an edge back on the condor knives. Please let me know if you are able to put a good edge back on it

@andrewmag1 Condor knives are a bit harder than most - 60 on the rockwell scale. The fastest way to sharpen them for me has been a diamond stone.
