This is a great speech. Perhaps his speaking skills don't match obamas, but his philosophical viewpoints are defensible. This guy is far smarter than your average liberal I assure you. Trading value for value (capitalism) creates prosperity more effectively than forced privations (statism/Keynesianism). Liberals are showing how one dimensional they are by universally deriding this speech.

I love our governor, he's the best governor that the state of Louisiana has had for years upon years. This speech was pretty bad though, hopefully a lot of people won't make assumptions on how he is from this one video.
