As others have said, I think Natalia's feelings are revealed in the way she reacted to Frank's kiss and the way she reacted to Olivia's. She looked embarrassed, sad and shocked by Frank's kiss because she doesn't feel anything for him. She looked confused and shocked by Olivia's kiss (not embarrassed) because she does have feelings for her. You can see it written all over her face. Nat panic has begun because she doesn't know what to do with those feelings.

OMG i bet if olivia wouldn't have pulled away natalia would've grabbed her and we finally would have had a real kiss and they would be together much earlier!!! xDDD

The distinction of natalia's reaction on Olivia kissing her and frank kissing her is so obvious. She was disgusted w/ frank's kiss but of course being good ol'e nat she played nice with him. With Olivia's kiss she was at a loss of words cause I'm sure it made her tingly and warm inside.

Even though this is not the one true legitimate kiss we've been waiting for look at it this way - when Frank kissed Nat she looked appaled and pulled away. When Liv kissed Nat Liv was the one that pulled away and Nat just looked really confused. She wasnt grossed out about it at all.
