This is from a documentary called "It was 20 years ago today", from 1987, about 1 June 1967 when Sgt. Peppers was released in the UK and the summer of love. Brilliant.

The actual Garcia/Lesh part of the clip is from a CBS News Special from 1967 called "The Hippie Temptation". There's a lot of it floating around youtube in short clips. I think it might actually be available from netflix or some such.
I'd love to see the UK/Sgt. Pepper documentary, too...
