thank you for this valuable information, as i am about to possibly undergo this procedure for a lower back injury i sustained at work almost 3 years ago, because i would like to avoid surgery, not to mention how sick i am of all of the prescriptions they have me on. good luck with everything, and i am going to look at your other videos now to see what other info you may have. god bless...
