  • Julieta.. tango is a dance of love.. you have to feel it from inside.. the first man who invented tango did not learn it from anyone.. I notice that most of your comments on tango dance here in you tube are very pessimistic.. like as if you are the best tango dancer in the world! I don't think anybody cares!! duh!!

  • i started dancing tango after seeing the movie; True Lies. It's been 10 years now and i still call myself a beginner even though people say i'm really good. It amazes me still how much i don't know.

  • I guess this guys have no idea of what is a traspié :(

  • I think is nice and usefull, claudia

  • I love these videos, I've been taking lessons from professional instructors and it's always enjoyable to see tango learning videos. No matter if its helpful or not, at least you know what is what. I am going to ask my teacher about this move tonight, maybe they can teach me more carefully with practice. =) Thanks for posting this.

  • I agree with Juliette... This is all about learning steps, but tango is not "steps" it has to do first with the communication between the parteners and second the technique. And if we see you dancing we can tell if you' ve learnt dancing from a dvd

    annita from Greece

  • While learning ANY dance step, one must start at the basics if you want to understand the movement and flow. Taking lessons to do so correctly is not wrong of me to say. And you are agreeing with me about listening to the rythm to follow the beat. All in all, it's all about having fun and being the best you can be. My teacher is awesome, and so is my partner in life. We are experts at swing(because of awesome instruction), but just learning basic tango now.
