This is my cat, Rosie, and one of my birds, Peep, (a parakeet). My cat seems to be annoyed by Peep, but then goes into attack mode when she sees birds outside.

  • If you don't want to watch the whole thing, at least scroll to the 3 minute mark. :)

Then for the rest of the video, my parakeet stands right under my cats nose. My cat has all of her claws, and ALL of her teeth!

    Peep: Uh...

    Rosie: *Eats Peep*

Human: *Comes up behind Rosie* Where's Peep?

Rosie: *Burps, turns and looks at owner* :D

  • @Cheeseman2271 Maybe your little bird is in love with himself. Not the mirror. XD

  • that cat is thinking (hmm.... that bird is white... that other one is yellow... i dont eat the yellow one because i love coulors

  • :D

  • @SenyaSaysSo Haha its kinda funny how your dog protects it lol and my little bird doesnt come out when i leave the cage open xD it takes me like 20 minutes to get him out and when i do he usually flies back in, he is in love with his mirror xD

  • @Cheeseman2271 I know you didnt ask me, but its completely possible to keep both. When you get the kitten set boundaries. Out cat can look at the cages, but she may not touch them or get into a pouncing mode. It helps alot though that my dog protects the cages when he sees her get into a pouncing mode. But Like I said just keep boundaries and still let your little guy outta his cage, they hate being couped up :)

  • @Missrose2121 How did you get yur cat to be so nice around the bird? I am getting a kitten soon and I already have a parakeet I want whether or not to keep my parakeet (I dont plan on taking him our of his cage once I get the kitten)

  • Very long, bat super video!!!! Respect
