Sometimes I wonder if we are of the same species, I guess I earned my right to have my say, my dad, me and my boy all combat vets, so here is my peice of it. The current Pres is the only guy I know of in recent history that has really helped the vets. My Vet freinds are not living under a bridge anymore, or a box because he put a boot up the VA`s ass and now my freinds have a life. Bush didnt do shit for us except run his mouth.

The Battle of Ia Drang may have been the first use of helicopter in Vietnam by the Army. It wasn't the first use of them in combat. The Marines used the chopper in Korea and at that time were already developing air assault tactics.
