  • that wok was no where near hot enough. not even close. plus no you cant use fresh god damn black or dried and soaked black been dishes use ferments/preserved black beans. if you don know what the fuck your talking about don;t just talk out your ass

  • An extra 4-5 minutes is ample time to cook the already browned off chicken breast, unless you are from the 1950's or something and like everything cooked to a grey pulp.
