I live in Connecticut and I am ashamed of my fellow people for voting this guy in over and over again. However I think his time has come. I cant imagine he will win another election after all this crap. What a corrupt monster.

It's an honorary title given by the closest ally.
Please stop misrepresenting the constitution, it states "No Title of Nobility". He is given no power or governing status. It is basically a written thank you note. Furthermore, Brown was considerate enough to now the constitution better than you. He still asked respectfully for permission to place such a title on the senator from congress, in front of them, and most likely asked far prior if it would be appropriate.
