haha nah, it hasn't started yet. they're doing a mashup contest or whatever and they gave some series 4 clips to download and use on the skins website. lol & the whole American Skins thing seems a bit doomed to me and as an American citizen myself I'm somewhat ashamed. lol the fact that it's through mtv gives me no hope in it being any good at all and makes me think it's just going to make us look even worse. lol

I love Cook/Effy, despise Freddie and I'm sick of all the Freffy vids out there! I mean seriously, Cook and Effy are so fantastic together and I honestly believe that he NEEDS her. This vid is fantastic (and of course the song is, too) and your editing is lovely :)

Your right, the aong doesn't really fit so it is kind of AU. I looove C/E, but this song really wasn't a good fit for them.

this is beautiful! i used to like freffy but after the finale last season im totally converted to cook&effy love :) they like need to be engame!

and about the american version of skins... being an american myself i was like embarrassed when i heard that MTV wanted to do it hahha. like REALLY?? if its not on HBO they shouldnt even bother and your right it will just make us look worse hahaha

I wholeheartedly second what you said. I mean the magic of Skins is that it is SO British, you can't translate it over here, it won't work...and MTV...I'll try to hold my judgment til I see it, but I say it won't make it past episode 3.

I think the only American network a show like Skins could potentially succeed on, would be HBO, with the sex and language, it just won't last anywhere else. Not to mention, it's being set in BALTIMORE, MD. Seems like a very uneventful location, which I guess is good, but Idk, I don't think pinpointing any specific town for it is going to be good. MTV trying to reinvent themselves shouldn't start with Skins. Ruins all and any hope :(
