For those looking for a release date. General rule of thumb is that if it is developed in another country.. you normally wont hear anything about it making it's way over seas for atleast a year after the launch of the mmo in its home country.
note: this is normally for the smaller name mmo's.. Everyone on the planet knows Dragonball, yes.. but a very small % that know about it actually give a damn.

No official word has been given out.. do not assume that it will be coming to the 360. Just because a company is looking for developers that know how to program for a console, does not mean their current project is what they will be bringing to that platform.
