Prof. Rija Rasoava explains that unless organisations are able and willing to dance with change, they won't be able to survive in the new world of business. He adds that change however will never happen unless there is learning. That is why, Jorma Ollila of Nokia stated that 'the rate at which an organisation learns may become the only sustainable source of competitive advantage.' Indeed, today, doing business as usual can be very dangerous. Therefore, leaders should be agile learners. Learning should be part of their culture - the 'software' of their mind! Effective leaders don't rely on luck!
