Mercedes-Benz W124 E280 Acceleration 0-160 km/h Kickdown

This is a video of my 1994 E280 accelerating. The road was dry but in 1st and 2nd the wheels were slipping, that's why it's accelerating slowly in the beginning. The traction control is also working. 5-speed automatic. Lovely staight six engine with awsome sound :).
Conditions: 2 persons, +30C outside temperature, air condition on, dry but slippery road.

Oh no, wait til the machine is on working temperature! Then it will go faster and its better for the engine!

@Allesmussmehrwerden Actually it doesn't really go much higher, it shows 80-88C most of the times. In very hot summer traffic jams it goes up sometimes to 90-92, but never higher. I would never rev a cold engine, its murder. Anyway, thanks for keeping an eye on this wonderful car :)

Yeah I didn't know why I posted thet video, that acceleration at the beginning is really not fast :D Check out my new video now on a good road, the car is a lot faster.

wow..... my dad's accord 2.0 diesel is faster....
