    most farmers who use the castration bands do it because its easier for them, not easier for the sheep . The sheep suffer for days with castration rings on. Imagine if someone put a band around your testicles (or any other part, if you're not a man) so tight that they turned purple and eventually fell off. Sound like a good way to spend a week?
