Underground Garage with Lambo Diablo & DeLorean

My underground garage opening to show: (right) The last ever Diablo to be sold new in the UK (I bought it new in 2001), and (left) One of only 3 factory made Right Hand Drive DeLoreans (the other 9000 were LHD, a few of which were converted to RHD by a third party).

that is awesome.....absolutely awesome!!! i have a question?! do you have a manual back-up should your motor fail or power cut occur?? (though i would imagine if you did it would take hours to wind it up lol) :-)

@jaydaintith Err, no. Not directly. No power = no play. In case of equipment failure though you can connect an external hydraulic pump to a pipe and raise it using external power. Not something you'd do in a hurry, but if you knew someone with a tractor.....

@MaxiumWarfare If you press another button on the remote before you press the `lift` button, then it plays the Thunderbirds theme as it goes up :-) I kid you not.

@MrBarrelomonkeys It's not a `Supercar` but it's still pretty cool. It still looks great on the road today, and mine was 29 last week !

If you look "AXI 1697" on Wikipedia, you'll see it was about one of the last few made, with a lot of the problems sorted, plus mine has no cat converter and a UK spec higher power engine. It's really `not too shabby`.

Drive one into a pub car park in summer, spring the doors open and see the reaction! Then later drive out again with the doors still open :-)

I am not sure if it is the same person but I think I saw this garage on a tv programme about private number plates - If not the same person then an uncanny similarity
