GoPro 960 HD Hero Cockpit Take Off Day & Night Comparison

I just bought the GoPro 960 Hero HD so I did a couple of test runs. I happened to do 2 flights in a Diamond DA40 on the same day in the same aircraft departing from the same runway (02 @ Shoreham if anyone is interested). The day flight I was doing some hour building and the night flight is part of my night qualification (one of the five solo take off and full-stop landings required). As you can see, the night results aren't exactly spectacular.

I thought I'd share the side-by-side comparison so you can see for yourself - particularly for pilots thinking about getting one of these cameras.

I will continue to take more footage and experiment. I have some more videos where the quality is much better. Note that I'm not uploading these videos for negative purposes - I'm actually a big fan of the GoPro camera. This is merely an experiment.
