Hey fenderbmw! Really appreciate your info on the gun. I want to get a bt more into handgun shooting myself and the 44 Magnum sounds pretty sweet. About how much is it and which modell would you go for?

@3vegemite New 44 magnums range in price from 500 all the way up to many of thousands. I like smith and wesson, but the rugers are fantastic as well. I have a single action Super Blackhawk from back in the 60s that still works great. Ive never owned a taurus 44 magnum but i did have a small 357 that never failed me. The biggest issue with 44 is the cost of ammo. seriously consider handloading/reloading ammo so you can enjoy your gun without breaking the bank
