Lol shes an idiot you don't have to give her notice that you are filming she is on your property as a visitor she has no authority to tell you not to film. It's also if she is off the property a public place so she still has no right to tell you not to film. She could however submit in writing that she wants her face censored on the film but i imagine she is not smart enough to know that.

It’s a question of knowing how to execute these rights done correctly these bailiffs can be held off for yrs even dismissed rather easily when it involves a member of the public. Shame these bailiffs don’t put as much effort into chasing up CEOs and corporation debt.. Did you ever get to see the warrant?? I’ve been brushing back up on the process. In the currant economic climate food bills come 1st, common sense dictates a NEED 4 shelter and warmth but not at the expensive of going hungry!
