  • Nice, that does not look like a rookie landing to me!

  • It was honest. Not sure if it was my 1st pattern but it was tricky losing some altitude as I was used to having an xtra 180lbs in the left seat. I had about 55hrs at the time.

  • Unless it's like me. I weight 125 lbs and my instructor weighs 130 lbs so it shoots up and flys 80 knots at 18 inches of manifold pressure

  • Nice work, great set down, especially for your first solo.

  • nice landing

  • The R22 solo just wants to shoot UP. 2 up they are a pretty nimble machine, go solo and they turn into a super quick sports car.

  • bloody boring if you ask me.... would have been good if a sliding door opened and 4 guys jumped out with AK47's to the A-team theme....

  • No doubt about that. Fist time I soloed a fixed wing I had the same feeling - the aircraft felt much lighter than usual.
