Teheran Holocaust Konferenz 2006: Prof. Mohammad-Ali Ramin - Gründung Holocaust-Stiftung

Am 11. und 12. Dezember 2006 fand in Teheran die erste weltweite Holocaust-Konferenz statt, bei der sowohl Befürworter als auch Kritiker der Holocaust-Geschichtsschreibung zu Wort kamen. Spiritus Rector der Konferenz war Prof. Mohammad-Ali Ramin, persönlicher Berater des iranischen Präsidenten Dr. Mahmoud Ahmadinedschad. Ausgerichtet wurde die Konferenz durch das Forschungszentrum des iranischen Außenministeriums, IPIS. Namhafteste Teilnehmer waren: der iranische Außenminister Manouchehr Mottaki, der weltweit führende Holocaust-Revisionist aus Frankreich Prof. Robert Faurisson, der österreichische Holocaust-Staranwalt Dr. Herbert Schaller, der US-amerikanische Bürgerrechtler David Duke, die britische Freiheitsaktivistin Lady Michèle Renouf, der französische Bürgerrechtler Serge Thion, der deutsch-australische Revisionist Dr. Friedrich Töben, der deutsch-schweizerische Freiheitskämpfer Bernhard Schaub und viele andere. Ebenfalls angemeldet war der deutsche Politiker Günter Deckert, der jedoch an seiner Teilnahme durch die BRD-Behörden durch den Einzug seines Reisepasses gehindert wurde. Er konnte aber einen Tag nach Ende der Konferenz nach Teheran zu Nachgesprächen reisen. Als bekanntester Befürworter der Holocaust-Geschichtsschreibung war Prof. Norman Finkelstein angemeldet, der jedoch kurzfristig vor der Konferenz seine Teilnahme absagte. Jüdische Konferenzteilnehmer waren auch zugegen, so die fünfköpfige Delegation der antizionistischen Vereinigung Neturei Karta.

Die Gründung dieser Stiftung wurde auch dem iranischen Präsidenten Ahmadinedschad auf dem Empfang am Nachmittag vorgestellt.

On December 11th and 12th 2006 there was held the first world-wide holocaust-conference, in which advocates as well as critics of the holocaust-historiography could speak out publicly. Initiator of the conference was Prof. Mohammad-Ali Ramin, personal advisor of the Iranian president Dr. Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The conference was organized by the scientific research centre of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, IPIS. Most renowned participants of the conference were: the Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, the world-wide leading holocaust-revisionist from France, Prof. Robert Faurisson, the famous Austrian holocaust-defence lawyer Dr. Herbet Schaller, the US-American freedom activist David Duke, the British freedom activist Lady Michèle Renouf, the French civil activist Serge Thion, the German-Australian revisionist Dr. Fredrick Töben, the German-Swiss freedom activist Bernhard Schaub and many others. The German politician Günter Decker had also signed in the conference, but the German authorities had prohibited his trip by confiscating his passport. One day after the end of the conference he could nevertheless fly to Tehran and participate in talks. As most famous advocate of the holocaust-historiography signed Prof. Norman Finkelstein, who cancelled his participation shortly before the beginning of the conference. Jewish participants were also there, for instance a five-member delegation from the anti-zionist group Neturei Karta.

Here the explanations of the leader of the German delegation and those of Prof. Mohammad-Ali Ramin about the foundation of the "Foundation to research the truth about the holocaust". The foundation of this foundation was presented to the Iranian president Ahmadinejad on the reception in the afternoon of the same day.
