ummmmm honestly i played as the leading player in my high school talent unlimited high n newyork.....version of pippin.........and i must say the vocalz r ok.....but knowing and working with the tru leading player ( Ben Vereen ) there is more to learn.......plus the dance looks to up to date ...i really dont see the FOSSE movements only a little....and the music is way tooo fast..the sho is type long but yeah the music way too fast but its ok

I think this was great! Frankly, everyone's criticizing direction, music direction and choreography, elements that these kids aren't ultimately responsible for. The kid posted the video to hear comments on what HE did and what his fellow actors did--not what the directing staff did. You guys were really strong--especially the leading player. Very strong voice...commanding presence. Good job!

OMG! Yes this is an amazing show! Great energy! Great leading player! THe best one and atleast they had 1 LEADING PLAYER most community groups/high schools can't find that dominant amazing talented person and these people did! Awesome.. alittle weak on chorus members solos but um its good...and better than alot of the video..

Iconic roles from famous musicals are always hard to do, because you'll be compared to some of the best actors ever, especially in this case. I don't think anyone can ever fill the shoes of Ben Vereen, because, well, he's BEN effing VEREEN. That said, I think you did this role proud.  If anything, where this number falls short is in the orchestra pit. Honestly, I wanted to go down there, smack the trumpet player, and slow things down a scoche. I hope you'll post some of your newer stuff!
